I am a mental health counselor in beautiful Ashland, Oregon. My goal is to help clients liberate stuck consciousness and help them re-member their true selves. My experience enables me to offer effective individualized, psychological care. I provide a neutral ground to clients and my primary focus is working with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression and impacts of trauma.
